PC-DMIS and COSMOS Programming
We offer a CMM programming service either onsite or offsite for PC-DMIS and COSMOS users. Simply provide us with a marked up drawing and a component and we will do the rest. Alternatively if you do not have a component yet, a CAD model will allow us to generate the CMM measurement program offline. When the component has been manufactured simply execute the pre-written program for guaranteed trouble free measurement.

CMM Calibration
We offer CMM Calibration on your manual and CNC Co-ordinate measuring machine to ISO 10360 or UKAS standards. Most major manufactures are covered.
CMM breakdowns and repair also available.
Laser interferometer checks available for CMM's. Equipment traceable to National Physical Laboratory.
