2-Piece Beverage / Beer can inspection has never been so precise..
A new range of Beverage / Beer Can inspection machines offering a modular design that permits unique solutions to your quality requirements. Specifically intended for integration at the factory floor level, these state of the art gauging systems have been developed to operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Both Trimmed Can and Finished Can inspection systems are available, as manual, Automatic loading or In-Line variants. Cans may be loaded into the machine from either 2 or 4 lane integrated flat bed conveyors accepting up to 100 cans in a batch. As an option, a gravity fed track may be supplied accepting up to 24 cans, which can be extended if required. Cans may also be loaded from the production line and replaced onto the line after inspection.
After the inspection cycle is complete, cans are deposited into a collection bin. Failed cans can be redirected for further analysis.
