Flexible "On-line" Inspection
The Wizcam Vision System offer exceptional price to performance ratio, thanks to it’s unique design. For Fast on-line defect analysis at speeds of up to 3000 parts per minute, the Wizcam is supplied as a fully integrated compact industrial package. The Wizcam system is easily and quickly installed on to the production line using fixing holes / brackets supplied with the industrial housing. Optional part sensing and pneumatic rejection devices can be supplied and connected to and controlled by the system for automatic sorting of good / bad product. A standard connector is also available for use of a separate industrial monitor for visual display of product during inspection. The Wizcam is ideal for the inspection of Metal, Plastic and Glass packaging as well as Pharmaceutical blister packaging and food / beverage filling lines.
